A bit about me:

a bit about me

After spending two years in the wrong industries I finally discovered what truly motivates and inspires me, helping clients achieve goals and working directly with people and building relationships. The road to your goals isn’t always a straight or simple one.

I have always had an interest in success in sport, fitness and athletic performance, questioning why someone is successful in their field whether it be athletics, boxing running I was interested. This curiosity leads me into … COMPUTING & ENGINEERING! Seriously it took me two years in college and university to find out what I really wanted to do.

After two years in the wrong courses and subjects and my family thinking I was going to be a student forever! I did the only logical thing…. Went back for a further TWO YEARS, studying Health Fitness & Exercise with my family now resigned to the fact that I would be a student forever! In doing this I realised I loved working with people not screens and numbers.

I quickly realised nothing made me happier than assisting someone in meeting their goals and watching all the hard work pay off, whether it be toning your body for a summer holiday, Improving diet and lifestyle, beating your personal best on a run, getting ready for a fitness test at a new job.

My interests include Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Circuit Training as well as bodyweight & weight training.
