Jack Cooper

A bit about me:

Hi my names Jack and I have been a sports student for the past 4 years.  I have been involved within sports since the age of 6.  I played football from the age of 6 for local teams and also coached a youth boys’ team.  I started playing volleyball during the first year at academy and since then I have represented Scotland three times at the College British Championships and also won 2 Gold medals at the Scottish Championships.  I represented Scotland and Wales at a Petanque Tri Tournament in Inverness when I was 11 years old.

I started fitness training over 4 years ago and haven’t looked back since.  I focus my training around more weight training and sports performance training.  Being a sport and fitness coach for 4 years has allowed me to experience why fitness is so important to everyone and not only athletes.
